Misprint is a job-tracking tool for screen printing shops. We collect only what's needed to run the Service and never sell your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Account data — your name and email address when you create an account. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext.
Business data — jobs, quotes, customer records, and invoice data you enter into Misprint. This data belongs to you.
Usage data — basic logs such as which pages are visited and when, used to diagnose errors and improve the product. We do not track individual user behavior for advertising.
Device data — browser type, operating system, and IP address, collected automatically when you use the Service.
We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Supabase — we use Supabase for authentication and database hosting. Your account credentials and business data are stored on Supabase infrastructure. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II compliant. See supabase.com/privacy.
Stripe — if you have a paid subscription, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number. See stripe.com/privacy.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized usage logs may be retained for up to 12 months.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, export, or delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@misprint.app. We will respond within 30 days.
You can export your data at any time from the Settings page inside Misprint.
We use TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords at rest, and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to hello@misprint.app.
We use session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from signing in.
Misprint is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
